When I first got to this dealership more than half a decade ago, nothing like this program existed. I am sure if it had, more people would have driven to be better. I for one would have. I would have loved just being nominated for this award. The fact that it exists now shows that Navistar as a whole recognizes that it takes more than just a technician to run and grow an OEM or company.
